Telemarketer Lead Generation

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our IT consulting company and support our lead generation efforts. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the Canadian market, introducing our services, and generating quality leads. Your role will be crucial in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to Canadian companies to identify and qualify potential leads for our IT consulting services.
  • Clearly and persuasively articulate the value of our services to prospects, effectively addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for lead generation, spending a minimum of 1 hour per day on outbound calls.
    Utilize Microsoft Teams for seamless communication and collaboration with the team, providing regular updates on progress and insights.
  • Use CRM software for managing calls, tracking leads, and entering relevant data accurately.
    Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively during all interactions with potential clients.
  • Continuously develop and enhance knowledge about our services, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
    Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation performance and outcomes to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar role with a successful track record in lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills in perfect English, both verbal and written, as you will be making calls to Canadian companies.
  • Strong internet connection and a reliable headset with a microphone for effective communication during calls.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and CRM software for call management and data entry.
  • Knowledge of IT consulting services or the IT industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude towards engaging potential clients.
  • Strong listening skills to understand prospects’ needs and tailor the conversation accordingly.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage daily call schedules effectively.
Working Hours and Enviroment:
  • 3-Month Part-Time Period: The selected candidate will be required to work part-time, committing 20 hours per week, distributed over 4 hours each day.
  • Equipment and Software: While we will furnish all necessary software and tools required for the role, the applicant should possess a functional computer and maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, as marketing initiatives may require adjustments based on emerging opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where creativity and adaptability are valued.
